About the HP E786dn

The E786dn is HP's A3 colour workgroup copier. It handles everything from A5 to A3 and card stock up to 300 gsm, and its 200-sheet document feeder scans both sides at once at up to 180 images per minute.

Speed is set by licence. The base machine runs at 25 pages per minute, and HP speed licences lift it to 30 or 35 ppm later without changing hardware, so you can start with what you need and step up if your volume grows.

As an HP Managed device it is built for fleets: HP Wolf Security with self-healing firmware, a 500 GB encrypted hard disk, and central management through HP Web Jetadmin.
